Adult inhalers contain essential oils of Ravintsara (Cinnamomum camphora) Plai (Zingiber cassumunar) and Lemon (Citrus limon)
Child inhalers contain essential oils of Thyme ct. linalool (Thymus vulgaris ct.linalool) Sweet Marjarom (Organum majorana) and Lemon (Citrus limon)

To use an inhaler, I recommend breathing in slowly through one nostril and exhaling completely. Repeat this to other nostril. Repeat entire process 2 or 3 more times over 5-10 minutes.
